Need help occasionally?
Not ready for a monthly membership. That is perfectly fine. For one-time needs or a specific project, concierge services are available without a membership.
$150 / hour
Two-hour minimum
Members receive priority scheduling and may purchase additional hours when needed.

A few things to know
Monthly Hours
Your hours are reserved for you and do not roll over. Members may purchase additional hours based on availability.
Service and Travel Time
Service time begins when Ned arrives at your location. If your location requires more than 20 minutes of travel, service time begins after the first 20 minutes. For special projects, secondary properties, or assignments with extensive driving, the federal mileage rate of $0.76 per mile applies after that first 20 minutes.
Larger Projects
Move management, out-of-state projects, extensive property support, and travel companion services are priced separately. You receive a proposal and a price before any work begins.
Last-Minute Requests
Accommodated case by case and billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
Outside Normal Business Hours
Accommodated case by case and billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
National Holidays
Select services performed on national holidays are billed at 2x the standard rate.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Everyone receives one grace cancellation. After that, late cancellations are charged for the hours reserved.
