How It Works
From first call to a well run week
Six clear steps. You approve the plan before anything begins, and you keep one point of contact from there on.
Start with a consultation01
Complimentary consultation
A 60 minute conversation at your home or by phone. Ned listens to what takes your time, what worries you, and what you want your weeks to look like. No cost and no obligation.
02
Home and systems review
Ned walks the property and reviews the moving parts: vendors, maintenance schedules, appointments, technology, travel, and daily routines. He notes what works and what creates risk.
03
A written plan
You receive a short plan that lists priorities, the recommended membership tier, and the first projects. You approve it before anything starts.
04
Onboarding week
Ned builds your household calendar, collects vendor contacts, sets communication preferences, and confirms who gets updates and how often.
05
First 30 days
Ned clears the backlog first: overdue maintenance, unscheduled appointments, unresolved vendor issues, and the tasks that have sat on your list too long.
06
Ongoing rhythm
A set schedule of visits and check ins, one point of contact, and a monthly summary. The plan adjusts as your needs change.
Questions
Before you start
How long does it take to start?
Most memberships begin within two weeks of the consultation, subject to availability. Memberships are capped at 15 families.
Do I sign a long contract?
No. Memberships run month to month. See the pricing page for terms, hours, and the cancellation policy.
Who is my point of contact?
Ned. You call one person. He coordinates vendors, providers, and schedules on your behalf.
How do family members stay informed?
You decide. Ned sends updates to whoever you name, at the frequency you choose, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Ready for step one?
The consultation costs nothing. You will leave it knowing exactly what support would look like.
